Nice to see a new post here Jackie and good to hear about your trip. Can’t say I’m a Jamie fan (use to be!) I had one of his cookbooks given to me and I re-gifted it to the local library. It was so much fat,strange mixes of ingredients and far from healthy fare. I’m glad to hear he is trying to work on the healthier menus for kids. The junk served in most schools is appalling, in addition to the lack of exercise that’s become the norm for to many children as well.

Oh how sweet!

It’s very warm, here in Interior BC, and very dry too. There was next to no snow this winter, rather frightening actually. The fire season is not far away.

Welcome to wordpress Jackie! These pics are wonderful. Your dog is tooooo cute!!! Don’t let the Ched hear that though. I am sooo missing snow, it’s as dry as a bone here. I even blogged about it today. Hope all is well, enjoy the winter.
